If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your stated data will be saved with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and for the case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files, which are stored on your device using the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. You will enable us to recognize your browser on the next visit. If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser in such a way that it informs you about the setting of cookies and allows you to do so only in individual cases. When deactivating cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Web Analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (offered by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Cookies are used to analyze the use of the website by your users. The information generated thereby is transferred to the server of the provider and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a contract with the provider for the processing of the order data.
Your IP address is captured, but immediately pseudonymized by deletion of the last 8 bits. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data are pseudonymized. The user data will be kept for a period of 26 months.
Web chat usage data1
The watsonx Assistant web chat sends limited usage data to the Amplitude service. When a user interacts with the web chat widget, we track features that are being used, and events such as how many times the widget is opened, and how many users start conversations. This information does not include Assistant training data or the content of any chat interactions.
The information sent to Amplitude is not Content as defined in the Cloud Service Agreement (CSA). It is Account Usage Information as described in Section 9.d of the CSA and is handled as described in the IBM Privacy Statement. The purpose of this information gathering is limited to establishing statistics on the use and effectiveness of web chat and making improvements.
The assistant will only be loaded if you push the AI-Assistant button.
Your rights
In principle, you have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
